Senior Product Manager, Vault Growth

Overview

Senior Product Manager, Vault Growth at PayPal. This role focuses on leveraging data to derive insights that align with the product’s shared vision and customer needs, gathering customer experience insights to inform product requirements, and analyzing research, market data, and usability studies for data-driven decision-making. This is an individual contributor role.

Essential Responsibilities

• Uses data to build insights on product requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
• Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements.
• Analyses research, market analysis, and usability studies to support data-driven decision making.
• Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product leadership as needed.
• Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $123,500 to $212,850. Actual compensation is based on factors including location, skills and experience. The U.S. may have a balanced hybrid work model requiring in-office collaboration (e.g., 3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
