Role Summary

The Manager, A / V Systems & Broadcast Technical Operations will oversee all production elements at Fifth Third Field, Huntington Center and Hensville. This role will be responsible for maintaining and innovating the In Game and Broadcast productions. This role will collaborate with multiple departments to provide a fanatical experience through production elements. This position works on a flex hour schedule and will work gamedays, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Responsibilities

• Manages the production team in a manner that reflects the highest standards of respect, professionalism, and fanatical experiences
• Maintains files and records of all current and historic projects, productions, and events
• Establish staffing, equipment & capital improvement budgets
• Establishes and maintains relationships with production vendors and service providers
• Oversees and assists in training of new employees on various in-house and broadcast equipment as needed
