Job descriptionEducation, training and / or experience which would clearly demonstrate the essential functions, knowledge and skills listed. Ability up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Ability to stand during entire shift. Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees. Assist in the security of the resort for the safety of the guests and employees. Comply with fire, health and safety regulations.
Facilities Maintenance Position
Adecco is assisting General Butler State Resort Park in Carrollton, KY to fill a Facilities Maintenance position. This is an immediate fill, long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the overall daily maintenance and repairs of the resort.
- Inform management of any critical maintenance repairs that need to be attended to.
- Review work priorities on a daily basis and ensure they are serviced each day.
- Inspect the building and grounds and perform routine maintenance.
- Ensure the facility is in safe condition for guests and employees.
- Inspect vacated areas for signs of tampering or disrepair and carry out necessary repairs immediately.
- Oversee the operation of equipment used in performing maintenance repairs.
- Maintain a periodic log of general and preventative maintenance duties performed.
- Set up and disassemble areas for special events.
Qualifications :
Pay Details : $13.00 to $15.00 per hour. Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
