We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Technician II to join our Returned Product Analysis Intake Lab team. In this role, you ll be responsible for receiving, cleaning, and documenting receipt of returned, explanted medical devices. Your work will directly support our commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous product improvement.

What You ll Do
Receive, inspect, and document returned implantable medical devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, and leadsPerform cleaning and decontamination of products in a biosafety level II (BSL-2) laboratory environment, following strict safety and quality proceduresRecord device details and case information accurately in electronic systemsIdentify and communicate potential product complaints to internal quality and complaint-handling teamsPackage and prepare devices for shipment to manufacturing and analysis partnersMaintain lab equipment, cleanliness, and organization to uphold safety and compliance standardsPartner with Analysis teams to ensure consistent, high-quality documentationWhat You Bring
