Scheduler

NES Fircroft is seeking a Scheduler int he North Houston area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of scheduling experience and a technical mindset who wants to grow in the industrial power and construction sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules for industrial / power projects. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams. Assist with slot planning and resource allocation. Support project controls and basic estimating tasks. Travel to job sites as needed for schedule updates and coordination. Ensure timely delivery of milestones and communicate changes effectively. Qualifications 2-3 years of scheduling experience (industrial, power, or construction preferred). Technical mindset and willingness to learn RPS products. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work onsite and travel as required. Preferred Experience Industrial manufacturing or construction scheduling background. Knowledge of project controls and estimating. Understanding of critical path method and resource planning.
