Job Description:PHMI_100 MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE ! Required ACLS Per Diem Medical/Surgical

The Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care, meets the communication needs of the patient and family under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Requirements:

At least 1 year as a LVN in an acute hospital Medical-Surgical setting.

Must have a current and valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse issued by the State of California.

Must have BLS (we only accept AHA)

Must have ACLS (we only accept AHA)

IV certification highly preferred

Experience:

• Hospital setting: 1 year (Required)
• Medical-surgical: 1 year (Required)
• Acute care: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• LVN license issued by the State of California (Required)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association (Required)
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association (Required)
