About the Role
The Junior Growth Marketer will support special marketing initiatives across paid, CRM, and performance channels. This role focuses on campaign execution, data analysis, growth testing, and workflow development using a combination of digital tools and AI technologies.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will contribute to high-impact marketing projects that support national studio growth, new market launches, and brand-wide performance improvements. It’s a fast-paced, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who is resourceful, analytical, and comfortable working across systems.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid platforms
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, CAC, LTV) and track KPIs in GA4, Looker, and Excel
- Support CRM / lifecycle marketing through email and SMS tools such as Klaviyo or HubSpot
- Build and maintain campaign tracking workflows including UTMs and attribution
- Assist with landing page creation and testing using platforms like Webflow or Shopify
- Test and implement AI tools and automation workflows to support campaign development
- Collaborate with internal teams across creative, operations, and brand marketing
- Track and support scaling of influencer and affiliate marketing programs
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing (agency or in-house)Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads ManagerFamiliarity with GA4, email / SMS platforms, and landing page buildersExposure to AI tools and marketing automationsStrong Excel / Sheets skills; comfort with dashboards and reportingHighly organized, resourceful, and curiousAbility to manage tasks independently and work across multiple projectsCompensation details : 60000-90000 Yearly Salary
