Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $150,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of at least two junior producers, helping them achieve validation and success in their roles.Drive the growth of the Commercial Lines division by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives.Manage and grow your own book of business while supporting the team in achieving their sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client satisfaction.Quote new and renewal business using EPIC and Salesforce software platforms.Act as a generalist, working with a variety of account types and industries.Qualifications / Requirements
