Your Role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Discovery ABA :

As a Bilingual RBT , you will implement ABA therapy programs developed by a BCBA , providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism in home and community settings in Tennessee . You'll help clients develop essential social, emotional, and life skills, while collaborating closely with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure consistent treatment implementation.
