Job Summary
The director oversees the evaluation of the relationships between the technology and the consumer actions through data, becoming the subject matter expert responsible for the creation and development of standards for reporting. A key element to this role is to analyze consumer behavior, the relationship with television interactivity and developing advertising projection models by advertising categories and supply insights to support clients in meeting business objectives. The director plays a strategic role internally and with clients; supporting how we sell our data assets and plays a key role in shaping the mindset of how we grow the business. Takes lead client pitches and positioning data to support the client's goals and bring in revenue. The director will work directly with advertisers, agencies, and sales management to develop and present reporting results for the various campaigns implemented by the data analytics team. The scope of responsibility includes managing the process and tools for capturing and analyzing key performance metrics derived from the various advanced advertising platforms and developing requirements to tie performance across advanced advertising products deployed. This role also serves as consultant to both AMS and BI team as lead contact on both source system data points and elements and trends.

Qualifications
Strong leadership skills with the ability to teach research concepts, definitions and systems to both Research and Sales staffs.
Experience with business intelligence tools and database management tools such as SAS. SQL (Structured Query Language), Microstrategy and Cognos required
BA / BS degree in communications, television or media, or data related field

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate / range at time of hire for this position in the posted location $155,509.00- 190,000.00 year. The rate / range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
