In this role as an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch therapeutic services to patients in a skilled nursing facility. This facility prides itself on maintaining high standards of care recognized by numerous healthcare partnerships and community programs. You will work closely with a collaborative team focused on patient-centered rehabilitation, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to enhance patient recoveries and outcomes.

Your typical day will involve assessing and developing personalized treatment plans for patients, documenting progress, and communicating regularly with both patients and interdisciplinary teams.
