Provider Integration Specialist (Norwood)

Pay Range : $48 - $52 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end integration process for newly hired providers, ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed efficiently from contract execution to the first day of practice.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to manage provider relocations, additions of new practice locations, and departures, ensuring all operational and compliance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff, service line leadership, operations, IT, and other stakeholders to prepare providers with necessary resources, equipment, and information.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance provider integration workflows.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and balance competing demands to meet deadlines and objectives effectively.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of departmental responsibilities related to provider integration and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
• Oversee communication and follow-up with providers and internal teams to resolve integration issues promptly.
• Ensure proper return and recycling of equipment and hardware when providers depart from the network.
• Develop and enforce effective meeting norms and project management best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
