A company is looking for a Coordinator, P2P Appeals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage denied inpatient referrals and handle a high volume of cases daily
Schedule and conduct Peer to Peer calls with payers and document relevant information
Support various departmental functions, including case entry and appeals support
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Call center experience preferred
Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial / Managed Care is a plus
Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with basic spreadsheet skills
Accurate keyboard skills with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
