About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Data Engineering to spearhead the design, development, and expansion of its enterprise data warehouse and analytics ecosystem. This pivotal role is at the forefront of the organization's digital transformation, with a focus on launching a new member portal and adopting a Microsoft-first data architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the data engineering team, shaping the vision for data engineering practices, and ensuring that the technical foundation supports analytics, member engagement, and AI-driven insights. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, technical development, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on building and scaling cloud-based data platforms and pipelines. Candidates for the Vice President, Data Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in data engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in architecting and scaling cloud-based data platforms, strong coding proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with modern data warehouses.
