Materials Procurement & Inventory Management Professional
Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Materials Procurement & Inventory Management Professional.
The hourly rate for this position is $30.91 - $34.77 - $38.64 per hour. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
What You'll Do :
Position Overview The Materials Procurement & Inventory Management Para-Professional plays a crucial role in managing company's inventory and ensuring the smooth flow of materials. The primary functions of this role include ordering and maintaining inventory of raw materials and supplies, coordinating with production teams to identify material needs and ensure availability, and perform physical cycle counts for Work in Progress (WIP) and raw materials. Manages or performs work associated with the procurement and supply and logistics of materials including : Materials Procurement / Purchasing, Materials Inventory Planning and Control, and Materials Warehousing, Distribution & Transportation.

Position Criteria :
Ability to stand and / or walk for 8-10 hours and to lift 50 pounds.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Ability to follow all safety regulations.
Understand and utilize the procedures related to lockout / tagout, confined spaces, and fall protection.
Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships.
Attention to detail.
Ability to read, create, and communicate reports from material moving process.
Ability to work around molten metal and in a production environment that is hot and subject to unexpected swings of overtime (ability to flex personal schedule to cover tasks on other shifts)
Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively while working with all employees throughout plant.
2-5 years' experience working with computers : use SAP, excel, eSafety, MESH Prism.
