User Experience Designer

UX Designer IV – Customer Insights & Experience Design

We're looking for a senior-level UX Designer to help shape intuitive, customer-centered experiences informed by real-time feedback and behavioral insights. This role blends design execution, user research, and stakeholder collaboration to drive high-impact UX across web and mobile platforms.

Experience Needed :

• 7+ years of experience in UX Design , including responsive and mobile-first design
• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in interaction design, visual design, and research
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and UI systems
• Understanding of accessibility standards and legal considerations in UX
• Experience with user research methodologies and creating usability test materials
• Ability to clearly communicate and defend design choices to stakeholders and execs
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and translating business needs into design strategies
