Key Responsibilities
Build and manage B2B lead generation funnels using automation to attract, qualify, and convert prospects
Launch and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms to drive consistent pipeline growth
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and analyze funnel performance for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in B2B growth, lead generation, or performance marketing
Proficient in running paid acquisition campaigns and optimizing cost-per-lead and conversion metrics
Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as n8n, Make, and ChatGPT
Understanding of sales pipeline dynamics and marketing attribution
Self-driven and data-minded with a passion for experimenting with new technologies
