DPS is now hiring a Healthcare Cook II for a Hospital Facility in Lake Ridge, VA. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.

Cook II Job Details :

Schedule : 8-hour shifts / on site

Location : Lake Ridge, VA

Temporary to hire

Starting Pay Rate : $16.91 / hour + (based on experience)

Cook II Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook food items accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures.
  • Assist with kitchen prep, setup, and cleanup as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service.

Education Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Food Safety Certification.

    • Job Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, pushing, etc.)
  • PPE and uniform may be required.
