As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting RDC Next, you will play a critical role in building the financial foundation for this emerging business, partnering directly with senior leaders to guide strategy, assess investment opportunities, and drive operational excellence. The RDC Next team is charged with building and delivering innovative solutions across the real estate ecosystem that deepen relationships with industry players, consumers, and brokers / agents.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments, is excited to work with ambiguity, and can balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail. You'll have the opportunity to build from the ground up-developing scalable financial processes, creating forward-looking models, and influencing decisions that will define the trajectory of RDC Next. What You'll Do :

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the development of budgets and forecasts, incorporating historical performance, market trends, and forward-looking scenarios.
• Ensure planning processes are agile, accurate, and aligned with segment and company-level objectives.
• Support long-range planning efforts aligned with the overall company's strategic objectives and long-term vision.
