Warehouse Associate

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to join our client located in Rocky Mount, NC. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturer. This position will be responsible for handling inventory control, shipping / receiving, and maintaining accurate stock levels to support production operations. Responsibilities : Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin maintenance, and stock organization Receive incoming parts and supplies, verify accuracy, and place into correct stock locations Pull, stage, and prepare parts for customer orders, ensuring accurate processing and shipment Pack and ship products via carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL, preparing proper documentation Perform light assembly and general warehouse duties as needed Requirements : High School diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in inventory control or shipping, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle repetitive physical tasks Working knowledge of shipping software and procedures (UPS, FedEx, LTL) Dependable, punctual, and able to effectively communicate across departments Must be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
