ONSITE MANAGER

Automation Personnel Services, a highly regarded and award-winning staffing agency, is growing its presence in Illinois. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Onsite Manager - bilingual in English and Korean preferred - to support a key client in Matteson. If you have a passion for leading teams, excel in fast-paced environments, and enjoy fostering strong workplace relationships, this opportunity is for you!

Schedule and shift

Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Pay Rate

$50-55K annual salary

Onsite Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview applicants for proper placement.
• Process payroll, oversee timekeeping, and handle workers’ compensation reporting.
• Counsel employees and manage attendance, performance, and production reports.
• Communicate open positions to branch offices and interact with HR regularly.
• Check in new employees at the start of each shift.
• Listen to and apply constructive criticism.
