Pay Range : $96,000 - $120,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for generating financial analytics to validate if we are meeting proforma expectations. This individual will prepare financial analytics to be presented to PLS leaders and potential customers. The BD Analyst will assist in developing strategies and tools to be used in evaluating how we are tracking from an FTE, savings or operating margin standpoint.
This individual needs to be organized and manage multiple priorities simultaneously and must be able to communicate effectively with PLS senior leadership or external customers.
Responsibilities :
Ability to manipulate and understand large amounts of customer labor, volume and financial dataResponsible for data collection, data tracking and evaluation of data qualityWork on financial true-up during the implementation phase of a new deal to reimburse both parties for excess inventory purchased or other one-time itemsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, OPS and our implementation teams to ensure financial metrics are being measured appropriatelyPrepare ad hoc financial analysis looking at FTE, volume and test mix trends to help external customers understand key drivers of operational performanceThe ability to present to external customers during business committees comparing how we are trending vs. proforma expectationsOn-going enhancement / improvement of financial modeling tools and databasesQualifications :
Experience, Education, and Licensure :
Bachelor degree in business required; MBA preferred3-6 years of experience in accounting, finance or business developmentLab industry or related healthcare field preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities :
