Maintenance Supervisor : Dakota, IL

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of a high-tech production facility and lead a team dedicated to keeping operations running at peak performance. In this role, you will oversee a team of skilled technicians, optimize maintenance strategies, and collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement—all while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintenance Leadership & Team Development

• Provide direct supervision and hands-on support to maintenance technicians, machinists, and mechanics.
• Assign and oversee work to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
• Offer guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance technical skills and team effectiveness.
• Lead by example, performing maintenance tasks alongside the team when needed.

Process Improvement & Compliance

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management

Pay : $80,000 - $95,000 / year (based on experience)

Type : Full-time, On-site, 2nd / 3rd shift

Schedule : 2-2-every other weekend Schedule, 5 : 40 p.m. – 6 : 00 a.m.
