Sales BDC Lease Specialist – Jeep Dodge Chrysler of West Islip. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales guests—responding promptly to inquiries and scheduling appointments that keep operations running efficiently.
- Proactively reach out to customers regarding upcoming sales needs or missed appointments—ensuring consistent engagement and timely follow-through.
- Make outbound phone calls to connect with customers—confirming appointments, discussing sales opportunities, and reinforcing our commitment to personalized care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records in the CRM system to support clear communication and track customer interactions effectively.
- Partner with sales advisors, teammates, and management to foster strong collaboration and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to team development by participating in improvement sessions—sharing insights, refining workflows, and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications
