Job description

Property Preservation / REO Contractors Opportunity

The location we are looking for is Illinois - Rockford, Machesney Park, Harvard, Marengo, South Beloit and surrounding areas. Work opportunity for Property Preservation / REO Contractors Weekly Payment. Looking for property preservation vendors who meet the following requirements :

  • Experience to do standard preservation duties / tasks including the following work :

Winterizations

  • Lawn Maintenance
  • Debris Removal
  • Lock Changes
  • Initial Services (including sales clean)
  • Boarding
  • Prepare / Put Property in Convey Condition
  • General / Minor Household Repairs, etc.
  • Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair / replace
  • Must have own transportation
  • Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc.
  • Meeting client's deadlines
  • Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc.
