The Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Gastrointestinal Ambulatory Surgery Center (GI ASC), ensuring high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing clinical, administrative, and financial functions, fostering a collaborative team environment, and driving business growth while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operations Management :

Oversee the daily operations of the ASC, ensuring efficiency in both clinical and administrative services specific to gastrointestinal health care.

Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols, promoting standardized care to optimize patient outcomes.

Lead, mentor, and develop a top-performing team of clinical and administrative professionals.

Ensure the ASC complies with all federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS, TJC, and AAAHC standards.

Manage the ASC's financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to maintain and expand referral networks.
