We are seeking highly motivated and relationship-driven professionals to join our team as Wealth Management Advisors . In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build a sophisticated financial advisory practice focused on helping high-net-worth individuals and families grow, protect, and transfer wealth.
Through personalized mentorship, access to advanced planning tools, and hands-on experience, you will develop expertise across all areas of wealth management.
As a Wealth Management Advisor, your responsibilities will include :
- Protection Planning : Guiding clients through risk management strategies, including life, disability, and long-term care insurance, to protect their assets and future.
- Investment Advisory : Designing and implementing tailored investment portfolios and strategies that reflect each client’s financial goals, time horizon, and risk profile.
- Comprehensive Wealth and Legacy Planning : Providing advanced financial planning solutions, including retirement and estate planning, tax optimization strategies, business succession planning, and charitable giving for your clients
Compensation :
$200,000 - $230,000 at plan
Responsibilities :
Develop and Maintain Client RelationshipsBuild trusted, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, values, and life prioritiesConduct Financial Planning and Investment AnalysisCreate personalized financial strategies and portfolios using a holistic planning approach, including investments, retirement, tax efficiency, insurance, and estate considerationsMonitor and adjust client investment portfolios in alignment with market conditions and evolving client goalsBusiness Development and ProspectingCollaborate with Internal Specialists on improving your practiceWeekly coaching and business development calls and trainingsWork with insurance, planning, and investment product specialists to provide comprehensive solutions to clientsUphold Compliance and Fiduciary StandardsQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in finance or related fieldMust be post-graduateLife & Health license required.SIE, Series 7, & 63. (Series 65 or 66 preferred)Previous experience in Wealth Management or financial services is a plusAbout Company
