Gastroenterology Physician

East Lake Tahoe

Position Highlights :

Ideal Work Environment : Work in a modern clinic with six exam rooms, shared office rotation at the hospital, and access to advanced procedures like EGD, ERCP, Colonoscopy, and CapsoCam.
Favorable Call Schedule : 1 : 4 call schedule with low overnight volume and primarily daytime consults.
Strong Support System : Work alongside a collaborative team with nurse practitioner support for inpatient services and 24 / 7 interventional radiology coverage.

Compensation & Benefits :

Industry Leading Financial Package : Strong base salary plus wRVUs puts total compensation at 90th percentile MGMA!.

Generous Performance Bonus : Quarterly quality bonuses based on patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Competitive Bonus Opportunity, Additional Bonus Incentives :

Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus : Sign-on bonus up to $40,000 and relocation reimbursement up to $15,000.

Qualifications :

Degree / Certifications : MD with Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.

Licensure : Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada medical license.

Experience : Open to new and experienced physicians.

Sponsorship : Visa sponsorship available.
