• What You’ll Do
• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and tune-ups with precision and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and service options
• Complete service calls efficiently using our digital tools (tablet provided)
• Provide clean, thorough documentation in our CRM system
• Be a brand ambassador for Clean Air — always professional, always respectful
• Who You Are
• You’ve got HVAC field experience OR strong mechanical skills and a will to learn
• Comfortable with tools, diagnostics, and hands-on problem-solving
• Dependable, self-motivated, and respectful to customers and teammates
• EPA certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
• NATE certification a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and rooftops
• Can pass a background check and drug screening
