Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time Day / Evening Rotating Shift

Location : Encompass Health of Nittany Valley, Pleasant Gap, PA.

In this role, you will :

• Perform a diverse range of nursing tasks under RN supervision.
• Deliver direct care, adhering to patient care plans while monitoring vital signs and responses to treatment.
• Work with a variety of diagnoses including stroke and cardiac / pulmonary conditions.
• Assist patients in achieving discharge goals to re-enter their communities and families.
