Position Description :
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Family Resource Program Manager (FRPM) oversees the implementation of programs and special projects at OUR Center’s Family Resource Center. The FRPM identifies opportunities to develop, improve upon, and maintain successful programming designed to develop and nurture OUR Center participants’ knowledge and skill development, so that they may contribute to the greatest of their capacity to their families and the community at large. The FRPM collaborates with community partners to successfully implement and impact programs and classes, as needed.
Essential Duties :
Manages and coordinates programs that promote family resources, including Circle of Parents (COP), Family Leadership Training Institute (FLTI), Getting Ahead (GA), and Participant Advisory Committee (PAC) services and activities.Supervises and coaches COP and FLTI site coordinators.
Directs several PAC leaders.Manages program-related administrative duties.Coordinates program expenditures and works with Operations Director to ensure adherence to budgets.
Administers surveys, collecting and inputting data into database.Coordinates facility use by in-house and partner organizations, hiring childcare, and arranging for meals and translation support.Collaborates with Operations Director regarding programmatic success.Evaluates programs, potential partners, and special projects.
Ensures responsibilities are carried out in accordance with organization policies and procedures, funding and regulatory requirements, and in the best interests of the client population.Works with Operations Director and Resource Specialist team to connect participants who are engaged in family development work with beneficial programs and classes.Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations and streamline work processes, working cooperatively with colleagues and community partners to provide quality and seamless customer service.Seeks out new partnerships and programming, when appropriate.Analyzes trends, concerns, successes, and other issues requiring attention, organizing and delivering data to Operations Director.Promotes existing in-house and partner-led programs that are held on site, throughout the community, and in OUR Center’s service area.Creates flyers and related materials.
In collaboration with Director of Development, maintains updated information for website and social media.Participates in outreach fairs and other community activities.Collaborates with community partners and staff to develop and maintain strong relationships.Attends program-specific meetings, making presentations when necessary or beneficial.
Represents OUR Center in the community with the highest of standards.Works as a liaison to other staff and community partners by providing information regarding the OUR Center’s programs and by making referrals to other community services and agencies when needed or requested by clients.Other Duties :

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Training :
High school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.Experience :
Three years’ relevant work experience preferred.Minimum one year experience supervising program staff.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Strong written and oral communication skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.Advanced computer skills, including Internet and Microsoft Office suite.Keen strategic skills, with an ability to build, monitor, and adapt plans and processes to ensure targeted outcomes.Demonstrated organizational skills.Must obtain within 90 days, and maintain, certifications as required by program contracts.Valid Colorado driver’s license, and ability to meet OUR Center’s driving standards.Ability to occasionally work outside of regular office hours in order to meet organizational commitments in the community.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
