Job descriptionCoachable and eager to grow. Familiar with TikTok and Instagram, bonus if you would describe yourself as “chronically online.” Basic editing skills in CapCut and Canva, with a desire to improve. Currently enrolled in college (marketing, communications, media, or related preferred). Strong communication skills and a curious mindset. Part-time paid internship, flexible at 10–20 hours per week around your class schedule. In-Person in Arlington, VA. Some hybrid work but most of your time is needed in the Arlington, DC, Northern VA area (capturing content around DMV area). This internship does not have a set end date. We are looking for the right fit and are open to a trial period. There may be opportunities to grow into a more dedicated part-time or full-time role in the future. Compensation : Hourly wage TBD, depending on skill and experience (meets or exceeds state minimum)

We are looking for a creative, motivated student who lives and breathes social media and wants hands-on experience growing two dynamic brands.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Edit videos and graphics using CapCut and Canva.
- Research social media trends, audio, and ideas to keep our content fresh.
- Support with scheduling, captions, and engagement.
- Brainstorm creative campaigns alongside our marketing team.
- Learn real-world marketing strategy while making an impact.
