Pay Range : $26.10 - $39.15

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center, 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Hours Per Week : 40

Compensation and Benefits :

• $10,000 SIGN-ON Bonus Eligible, with distance-based relocation available
• $2,000 SIGN-ON Bonus Eligible for PM Shifts
• Base compensation based on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient surgical environment.
• Utilize aseptic techniques in preparation for surgical procedures.
• Assure the sterile field is maintained throughout the surgery.
• Assist in various procedures, demonstrating knowledge of surgical equipment and techniques.
• Notify appropriate personnel regarding equipment or supply issues.
• Transport patients and supplies as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific care requirements.

Qualifications :

• Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired within 6 months.
• No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to endure a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs, push / pull with 30 lbs of force, and perform various manual tasks.
• Exposure to potential hazards, including mechanical and chemical.
