Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices from vendors in accordance with company policies
• Schedule and process vendor payments ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and vendor communications
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
