Job descriptionCertified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred, or equivalent supervisory experience in a healthcare kitchen. Knowledge of Title 22 and CDPH regulations highly desirable. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred. Competitive pay : $25-$30 per hour , depending on experience. Alhambra Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and motivated Dietary Manager to oversee our food service department and ensure residents receive nutritious, well-balanced meals every day. If you're passionate about hospitality, nutrition, and leadership in a healthcare setting, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee preparation and service of meals in compliance with dietary regulations.
- Manage and train dietary staff; create schedules and ensure quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to accommodate special diets.
- Monitor inventory, order food and supplies, and manage department budgets.
