Job description

Overview

Leasing Consultant at Friedman Real Estate in Detroit, Michigan. This client-facing role represents a Luxury Apartment Community and requires high energy, excellent communication and sales skills. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining leasing activity and being the face of the community.

Responsibilities

  • Clerical duties as required
  • Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features
  • Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartments
  • Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work on Saturdays
  • Excellent sales and marketing abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Leasing or property management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (basic required; intermediate preferred)
