RN - MED / SURG - DAYS

Job Title : RN - MED / SURG - DAYS Job Location : Portland, ME Job Duration : 2-3 Months (possibility of extension) Shift : 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm Job Summary : Full time day RN request for 13 weeks starting week 11 / 23 / 25. P3CD orienting 5 new grads for open 4.5 FTEs. We recently had an RN resign due to childcare concerns. At this point when these 5 new nurses are oriented, our day RN FTEs will be met. As a result, we are asking for a travel RN to assist with the time these RNs will be in orientation (or at least part of this time). Experience Required : 2 years of experience. Certifications Required : BLS. RN License. Unit Information : Number of Beds : 29. EMR : Epic. Hiring Profile : Must Have Skills / Experience : Manage chronic illness and disability needs. Physical Assessment daily and with change in status. Medications administered as ordered. Care Planning updated and reviewed weekly. Education updated and reviewed weekly. Clinical Notes written as needed. Ensure patient safety and advocate for their well-being. Dress Code : Scrub Color : Any Color. Must be Fragrance Free.
