JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring an Installation & Maintenance Manager to manage daily field operations for the Fullerton network. This position is responsible for ticket scheduling, crew management, and ensuring all work complies with the owner’s service level, documentation, and QA / QC standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct field operations for residential, MDU, and commercial fiber installation and service repair.
• Oversee NOC ticket response and ensure adherence to SLA metrics for response time, restoration, and installation success.
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors performing ONT installations, router setup, fiber testing, and drop repairs.
• Conduct QA / QC inspections and enforce compliance with Owner’s performance and branding requirements.
• Maintain coordination with city projects, utilities, and external stakeholders to prevent service disruptions.
• Manage documentation accuracy — as-builts, photos, material usage, and ticket completion data.
• Track productivity, report performance to leadership, and drive continuous improvement across field teams.
• Oversee training, safety compliance, and readiness for emergency maintenance dispatch.
• Support procurement, inventory control, and monthly performance reporting
• All other duties as assigned
