Role Overview
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join our growing marketing team and help shape how the Throne SPORT COFFEE brand comes to life. This role will develop and execute branded creative across retail, social media, digital, events and more. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and the hustle of creating – who is energized by quick turns, fresh ideas and seeing their work come to life across multiple channels and mediums daily.
About Us
Throne SPORT COFFEE launched in May 2024 and is disrupting the Ready-To-Drink (RTD) coffee category with our better-for-you coffees. Designed for active adults and athletes, our premium, naturally sweetened lattes and cold brews boast 150mg of natural caffeine, with functional benefits to help you perform, no matter your game. Founded by beverage industry veteran, Michael Fedele, and with Patrick Mahomes as our lead investor, #2 shareholder and face of our marketing efforts, we're backed by industry-defining ambition to take functional RTD coffee mainstream.

Key Responsibilities
- Concept, design and produce high-performing creative across social, digital, retail, print, and events
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok and Paid Social), adding simple motion and text animation when needed
- Create social-first assets that are native to each social platform and reflective our brand guidelines, tone and voice
- Build retail-ready materials including POS (point of sale), sell sheets, and signage
- Design digital assets including email graphics, website visuals, paid ads, PDP images and campaign elements
- Develop PowerPoint templates and collaborate on decks for internal and external needs
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as Throne SPORT COFFEE grows
- Manage and maintain our creative asset library, keeping files organized and up-to-date
- Keep a pulse on design trends, social content styles, and culture so our creative stays sharp and relevant
Ideal Experience
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on design experience – ideally in beverage, CPG or sportsStrong skill set in design, motion, and short-form video editingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint.Working knowledge of FigmaExperience editing in CapCut or similar lightweight motion toolsA proactive, self-starter mindset — you take ownership and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.Willingness and ability to travel as needed (10-20%)Who You Are
