Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. 2+ years of automotive repair experience (dealership or independent shop). ASE Certification preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic equipment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and performance. We are a family owned and operated independent repair shop. We offer a 4 day work week, paid holidays and paid time off.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot modern vehicle systems.
- Test vehicles to confirm repairs meet safety and manufacturer standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs to management.
