The role requires a leader with strong skills in strategic planning, resource allocation, and a proven ability to manage and optimize the full lifecycle of enterprise applications. The VP & CESO will also be responsible for maintaining robust governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a valid license or certification as needed and will be adept at stakeholder and vendor engagement, as well as leading digital health strategy alignment.
