Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of cutting-edge plant controls and automation systems.
- Ensure smooth operations by providing expert technical support for controls and automation systems.
- Architect and specify high-performance plant control systems, prioritizing efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with external controls engineering partners to meet and exceed project objectives.
Required Skills and Experience :
A minimum of 6 years of experience in controls and automation engineering, preferably in the food, chemical, or similar manufacturing industries.Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming and advanced HMI development, such as Wonderware.Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles, including Archestra.Experience in designing process control panels for user interfaces and specifications.Background in working within FDA-regulated facilities, clean environments, and CIP cleaning systems.Expertise in Wonderware MES, .NET programming, SQL databases, and Ethernet / IP communication.Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline.Willingness to travel occasionally, typically less than 25% of the time.Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold Green Card authorization.
