Base Salary : $150,000+ , with performance-based bonuses

️ Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in felony and misdemeanor jury trials , from

arraignment through verdict

Develop comprehensive defense strategies across a broad range of criminal charges

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice in Iowa (or ability to

obtain quickly)

Minimum 5 years of criminal defense experience, with proven jury trial experience

Excellent courtroom presence and confident oral advocacy skills

Strong file management and organizational abilities

Collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical, client-focused practice
