CMA : Certified Medication Aide

All Shifts

  • Pay rate up to $23.50 / hour - Sign on Bonus- $2,000

    • PLUS

    Premium Saturday & Sunday Incentive of $1.50 per hour

    Shift differentials : 2nd Shift = $1.00, 3rd Shift = $2.00

    UMC is currently seeking a CMA : Certified Medication Aide in Assisted Living for The Shores , our Senior Care Community located in Ocean City, NJ within picturesque Cape May County.

    The CMA : Certified Medication Aide administers medications to the residents of the Memory Support Residence.

    Requirements for a CMA : Certified Medication Aide :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year experience working directly with people who suffer from dementia and / or Alzheimer's Disease (preferred).
  • Must be able & willing to complete specific training in the care of the MSR resident.
  • Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing or CHHA.
  • Must possess certification from NJDOHSS approved Medication Administration Course.
