Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize enterprise-grade AI conversational experiences aligned with user workflows and goals

Develop and refine model behavior for large language models to ensure accurate and on-brand AI responses

Conduct research and experimentation to enhance human-AI collaboration and provide actionable insights for AI deployment

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in content design, conversational AI, or related fields

Significant experience in content management systems and structured content

Strong knowledge in Gen AI and LLMs system prompts, RAG, and output evaluation

Experience defining, creating, and implementing design systems

A portfolio demonstrating problem solving through product thinking and design strategy
