$45 to $53 per hour

About The Position

Job Title : Occupational Therapist – School Setting

Location : Elizabeth, CO 80107

Start Date : September 15, 2025

Contract Duration : 35 weeks

Schedule :

  • Day shift (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM)
  • Full-time or part-time available

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a school-based program for the 2025–2026 school year. The therapist will provide services to students in an educational setting, supporting their academic, social, and functional participation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide therapy services to students with varying needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress.
  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with state / school guidelines.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings as required.

  • 100% in-person role.
  • Orientation : All hours billable.
  • Holiday schedule and coverage follow school district calendar.

    • Compensation :

  • Overtime after 40 hours / week : 1.5x

    Job Requirements

    Qu l aifications :

  • Atcive Colorado Occupational Therapist License (must be in hand before start).
  • School-based experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children of diverse needs and backgrounds.
