Job descriptionBE / BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority Our plan includes an income guarantee RVU bonus incentive Reimbursement toward moving expenses for qualified individuals Vacation, sick and holiday time off We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
Top Medical Group is actively recruiting for full-time Family Medicine Physicians to join our area clinics Clinics Overview :
- Monday - Friday (no weekends) with some schedule flexibility with options for a 4-day work week.
- Call - 1 weekday call every 1-2 months, 1 weekend a year complemented by RN's taking first calls
- Patient per day - 20 average
- Provider to MA ratio : minimum 1 : 1.5
- E-consult capability
- Multispecialty clinics throughout our service area
- Phlebotomists on site
Qualifications :
Compensation Range - $270,000 - $490,000
