What You'll Do
As a MoP for our Transportation Market, you'll be a key member of our local leadership team, directly supervising Project Managers and guiding them toward professional and financial success. You'll foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and excellence while helping deliver projects that improve mobility and quality of life.

Proven experience in project management within a consulting engineering environment
Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
Expertise in contracts, risk management, and project execution
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with transportation clients and market dynamics
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Professional registration (PE or equivalent)

The base salary range for this position is $168,000.00 to $275,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
