Job descriptionProvide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities. Document and report incidents, observations, and maintenance issues encountered during patrols according to site protocols. Support emergency response activities and communicate promptly with site management and Allied Universal as needed. Remain visible and approachable to employees, visitors, and contractors to assist with inquiries and security-related concerns. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Officer - Full Time Patrol
As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated logistics and distribution areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for people and property. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to all individuals at the location. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
