AR Accounting Specialist

We are a small but fast-paced watch manufacturing company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounting Manager / AR Specialist to lead our accounting operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for daily AR activities as well as high-level oversight of our accounting processes.

You’ll collaborate closely with our COO and external financial partners (NowCFO) to ensure financial accuracy, effective cash flow management, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, credit approvals, and collections
• Provide high-level oversight of Accounts Payable
• Supervise accounting personnel and support team development
• Monitor and manage company cash flow
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of bank and credit card reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate account analysis and reporting
• Monitor month-end closing processes to ensure timely financial statement completion
• Work collaboratively with NowCFO and company leadership to maintain financial health
